What is heha?

heha stands for Health – Habits – Happiness. It represents a simple but powerful philosophy: small daily habits transform health, confidence, and happiness over time.

The Founder’s Story

I’m a structural engineer by profession — someone who spends days calculating loads, stresses, and long-term structural integrity. And that’s exactly what drew me to the science of habits.

A few years ago, I was overwhelmed, sedentary, and searching for something that felt like real change. I didn’t join a gym. I didn’t go on a strict diet. I simply started doing 10 minutes of yoga every morning.

That one small habit changed everything. My energy improved. My focus sharpened. My confidence grew. Six months later, I had lost weight, felt mentally clearer, and — most importantly — I felt genuinely happy.

I realized then that the same principle I apply to engineering — small, consistent forces create massive structural change over time — applies perfectly to human transformation.
